Balanced Beauty and Wellness is a healthcare provider subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Medical information, treatment records, health history, consent forms, and other Protected Health Information (PHI) collected in connection with your aesthetic treatments is governed by our separately provided HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this Privacy Policy.

Mobile Communications and SMS Data

We may collect your mobile phone number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications via SMS.
